Course Description

The Piddington Society invites you to a practical online session focused on assessing quantum, a topic that often challenges early-career and experienced lawyers alike.

Join David Bayly SC (Central Law Chambers) and Tania Jeyamohan (State Solicitor's Office) for a focused discussion on key elements of quantum in litigation, including:

  • Making proper initial assessments.
  • Engaging and directing expert witnesses.
  • Managing client expectations.

Each speaker will share brief insights, followed by Q&A. Whether you're briefing experts, communicating complex issues to clients, or refining your damages analysis, this session will strengthen your legal reasoning and practical judgment.
