Evidence Essentials: Uniform Evidence Law
The Hon Justice Darren Jackson (Federal Court of Australia) and Pip Honey (Francis Burt Chambers) provide an overview of the uniform evidence laws as they are utilised in the federal jurisdiction, with consideration to the application of the rules and admissibility, issues in hearsay, handling objections and conferral.
